Yes — every new organization and individual account comes with a 30-day free trial. You get full access to all features, no credit card is required, and you can cancel at any time before the trial ends without being charged.

Absolutely. From your Billing → Plans page, you can upgrade or downgrade at any time. Any change is pro-rated to your next renewal date, so you only pay for the days you actually use.

You can cancel your subscription at any point from Billing → Manage Subscription. Your account will remain active until the end of the current billing period, and there are no early-termination fees.

Yes — go to Account → Billing Settings to add or edit your company name, VAT number, purchase-order reference, or any other required details. Those fields will then appear on all future invoices.

We offer Monthly, Quarterly (5 % off), Semi-Annual (10 % off), and Annual (20 % off) billing cycles. Your card or chosen payment method on file is automatically charged on your renewal date. You can view or update your billing cycle anytime under Billing → Plans.

Navigate to Account → Profile, enter your new email address, and click “Save.” You’ll receive a confirmation link at that address—once you confirm, your login email is updated immediately.

Platform usage:

Learn about user seats, quiz reassignments, subscription renewals, plan transfers, and hosting options.

Each plan includes a set number of seats (e.g., up to 5 in Starter, 25 in Team, Unlimited in Enterprise). You can view your current seat count and availability under Account → Users.

Yes. When someone leaves or finishes a quiz, you can free up their seat in Dashboard → User Management and assign it to another team member at no extra cost.

It depends on your billing cycle. If you’re on the Annual plan, your subscription auto-renews each year at a 20 % discount. Monthly, Quarterly, and Semi-Annual plans renew at their respective intervals—view or change this at Billing → Plans.

For Starter and Team plans, you can upgrade, downgrade, or transfer your license internally via Billing → Manage Subscription. Enterprise customers can request full license transfers between legal entities by contacting our support team.

Currently, Taleva is offered as a fully managed SaaS. If you need a private-cloud or on-premises solution, please reach out to sales at support@taleva.co for a tailored enterprise deployment.

Every Taleva subscription includes free updates and email support for 12 months from your initial purchase or renewal date. After 12 months, you can renew your plan at a discounted rate to continue receiving updates and support.

We provide:

  • Live chat assistance during business hours (Mon–Fri, 9 AM–6 PM GMT+3)

  • A comprehensive knowledge base and user guides

  • Webinars and video tutorials for on-boarding and advanced features

Simply log into your Taleva account and click Help → Submit a Ticket, or email support@taleva.co Include your account details and a description (screenshots/logs if possible), and our team will respond within one business day.

We push monthly minor releases (bug fixes, security patches) and quarterly major releases (new features and improvements). Critical security patches are released immediately as needed.

You can continue using the current version of Taleva indefinitely, but you won’t receive new updates or have access to our support channels. To restore updates and support, simply renew your subscription from Billing → Renew License—you’ll regain full access immediately.
