AGREEMENT TO OUR LEGAL TERMS
We are Taleva (“Company,” “we,” “us,” “our”), a company registered in Jordan.
We operate the website www.taleva.co, the mobile application Taleva App (the “App”), as well as any other related products and services that refer or link to these legal terms (the “Legal Terms”) (collectively, the “Services”).

These Legal Terms constitute a legally binding agreement made between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity (“you”), and Taleva, concerning your access to and use of the Services. You agree that by accessing the Services, you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by all of these Legal Terms. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE WITH ALL OF THESE LEGAL TERMS, THEN YOU ARE EXPRESSLY PROHIBITED FROM USING THE SERVICES AND YOU MUST DISCONTINUE USE IMMEDIATELY.
Supplemental terms and conditions or documents that may be posted on the Services from time to time are hereby expressly incorporated herein by reference. We reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to make changes or modifications to these Legal Terms at any time and for any reason. We will alert you about any changes by updating the “Last updated” date of these Legal Terms. It is your responsibility to periodically review these Legal Terms to stay informed of updates. You will be subject to, and deemed to have accepted, the changes in any revised Legal Terms by your continued use of the Services after the date such revised Legal Terms are posted.
The Services are intended for users who are at least 13 years of age. All users who are minors in the jurisdiction in which they reside (generally under the age of 18) must have the permission of, and be directly supervised by, their parent or guardian to use the Services. If you are a minor, you must have your parent or guardian read and agree to these Legal Terms prior to you using the Services.

The information provided when using the Services is not intended for distribution to or use by any person or entity in any jurisdiction where such distribution or use would be contrary to law or regulation or would subject us to any registration requirement. Except as expressly permitted, you may not copy, reproduce, republish, upload, publicly display, translate, transmit, distribute, sell, license, or otherwise exploit any part of the Services without prior written consent.
Any breach of these Intellectual Property Rights constitutes a material breach of these Legal Terms.
Your Submissions
Any questions, feedback, ideas, or suggestions you provide shall be deemed our property, and we may use them without compensation to you. You are responsible for ensuring that your submissions are lawful and do not infringe any rights.
3. USER REPRESENTATIONS
By using the Services, you represent and warrant that:
All registration information you submit is accurate.
You will maintain the accuracy of such information.
You have legal capacity and agree to comply with these Terms.
You are not under 13 years of age.
If a minor, you have parental permission.
You will not access the Services through automated or non-human means.
You will not use the Services for illegal purposes.
Your use will comply with all laws and regulations.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
4. USER REGISTRATION
You may be required to register to use the Services. You agree to keep your password confidential and are responsible for all activity under your account. We may refuse or reclaim usernames deemed inappropriate.
5. PRODUCTS
We strive to display product details accurately but do not guarantee complete accuracy. All products are subject to availability, and prices may change at any time.
6. PURCHASES AND PAYMENT
You agree to provide accurate purchase and account information. Sales tax may be added where required. Payments are in Jordanian Dinar (JOD). We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders at our discretion.
7. RETURN/REFUNDS POLICY
All sales are final. No refunds will be issued.
8. PROHIBITED ACTIVITIES
You agree not to misuse the Services, including but not limited to:
Copying or scraping content
Circumventing security features
Harassing users or staff
Uploading viruses or malware
Engaging in automated or fraudulent activity
Using the Services for unauthorized commercial purposes
9. USER GENERATED CONTRIBUTIONS
Users may submit or post content (“Contributions”). Contributions must not violate any laws or rights. By submitting Contributions, you grant us the right to use them consistent with our Privacy Policy.
10. CONTRIBUTION LICENSE
By submitting content, you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free license to use, store, process, and display such content. You retain ownership of your Contributions.
11. MOBILE APPLICATION LICENSE
We grant you a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use the Taleva App strictly per these Legal Terms. You may not decompile, reverse engineer, or misuse the App.
Additional conditions apply if downloading from the Apple App Store or Google Play.
12. SERVICES MANAGEMENT
We may monitor the Services for violations and take necessary action, including restricting or terminating accounts.
13. PRIVACY POLICY
Please review our Privacy Policy at www.taleva.co/privacy. By using the Services, you agree to its terms.
14. TERM AND TERMINATION
We may suspend or terminate your use of the Services for violations of these Terms or applicable laws, without prior notice.
15. MODIFICATIONS AND INTERRUPTIONS
We reserve the right to change, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Services at any time without liability.
16. GOVERNING LAW
These Legal Terms are governed by the laws of Jordan. Courts in Jordan shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
17. DISPUTE RESOLUTION
You agree to submit disputes arising under these Terms to the courts of Jordan.
18. CORRECTIONS
We reserve the right to correct errors, inaccuracies, or omissions in the Services at any time.
19. DISCLAIMER
The Services are provided “AS IS” without warranties. We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or secure use of the Services.
20. LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY
We shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of data or revenue.
21. INDEMNIFICATION
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Taleva, its affiliates, and employees from claims arising out of your use of the Services.
22. USER DATA
We may retain data related to your use of the Services. You are responsible for maintaining backups. We are not liable for loss or corruption of user data.
23. ELECTRONIC COMMUNICATIONS, TRANSACTIONS, AND SIGNATURES
By using the Services, you consent to electronic communications and signatures, which satisfy legal requirements for written agreements.
24. MISCELLANEOUS
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Taleva. If any part is deemed invalid, the remainder shall remain enforceable.
